🤔 Do you take custom orders or personalized requests?
Nope. Nada. Not happening.
We only sell original designs made by us. If you want a mug with your dog’s face on it or a T-shirt that says “Live, Laugh, Love,” you’re in the wrong place (and honestly, you might need a talkin’ to).
🛍️ What kind of products do you sell?
T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, tote bags, wall art, wine glasses, oven mitts… basically, stuff you actually use.
Each item comes with our signature blend of sarcasm, attitude, and design wizardry.
🖨️ How are your products made?
All our products are print-on-demand — made just for you when you order. No dusty warehouse full of tees here. This also means we’re not mass-producing junk, which is good for the planet and your closet.
⏱️ How long does shipping take?
We know, waiting sucks. But since everything is made to order:

Production time: 2–5 business days

Shipping time: Usually 5–10 business days after production, depending on where you live.
You’ll get tracking info as soon as your order ships, so you can obsessively refresh that tracking page like the rest of us.
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide — so no matter where your sarcasm lives, we’ll get it to you.
🙅 Can I cancel or change my order?
Once your order is in production, we can’t cancel or change it — our print elves work fast.
If you need to update something ASAP, contact us within a few hours of placing your order at privacy@printful.com , and we’ll do our best to help.
📦 What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
That’s on us — and we’ll fix it.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at privacy@printful.com with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right, no dramatic back-and-forth required.
📏 What’s your sizing like?
We use standard unisex sizing for most apparel. Check the size chart on each product page before ordering — because “medium” means different things to different people, and guessing is not a strategy.
🔁 Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since everything is made to order just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for things like size or buyer’s remorse.
But if there's an actual issue (like a defect or misprint), we’ve got your back. Just reach out.
🧠 Who comes up with your designs?
Our design team is powered by caffeine, sarcasm, and too many group chats. Everything is original, created in-house, and designed to say what you’re thinking — but louder.
